2015 Bentley Continental GT Speed

The 2015 Bentley Continental GT Speed, available in both coupe and convertible versions, is the fastest Bentley in production to date. Revisions for the 2015 model year include even more power and torque, boosting the performance of both models.

The Bentley is fitted with a twin-turbocharged 6.0-liter W-12 engine that’s been tuned to deliver 626 horsepower and a massive 607 pound-feet of torque. This rich power pushes the 2015 GT Speed to a top speed of 206 mph (coupe) and 203 mph (convertible).

The Continental GT Speed represents Bentley performance at its finest. It features all-wheel drive transmission, a chassis tune-up which delivers thrilling agility and a deeper more exhilarating exhaust note.

On the outside, the GT Speed’s exterior design dons large inner headlights, a muscular powerline and a matrix grille that gives the car a fresh face to Bentley’s heritage. The distinctive visual presence is most obvious in the new front bumper, the dark tint applied to the light surrounds and wheels, and the new bright red finish to the brake calipers. A new exterior paint called “Candy Red” is also available and exclusive to the new model year car.

The visual change inside the cabin starts with the completely new color split reserved exclusively for the Speed models. The color scheme starts with a dark mono-tone interior, with accent stripes in a contrasting color are applied across the doors, rear panels, fascia wings, inner console and gear level. Matching color stitching is then sewn into all aspects of the cabin.

 

Last, but certainly not least, is the new technology incorporated into the 2015 Continental GT Speed.  At the heart of the console is a touch screen infotainment system with a 30GB hard drive, capable of storing music to map data. It also allows for iPod/MP3 connectivity to stream music and films through Bluetooth technology. Bentley also utilizes balanced mode radiator speakers, which combine the speakers to deliver sound with more accuracy and greater clarity.
